Maggie’s hope is to celebrate the beauty of the world around her, through vivid color and bold composition, in her artwork. She is inspired by the beauty of God’s creation, and the unspoken whimsy of life. Her body of work consists primarily of acrylic on canvas, although she experiments with a variety of bases and mediums, including mural work.

Maggie had the honor to complete 2 portrait sketches for Miss Mississippi 2023 Vivian O'Neal.
Maggie's DIY skills were featured on Season 1 Episode 2 of HGTV's "Martha Knows Best" with Martha Stewart,
in 2020.
Maggie was chosen to create artistic renderings of 11 historic Simpson County Landmarks to be featured on the the 2024 Bicentennial Quilt, for the county's 200th Birthday Celebration
Maggie is currently a featured artist at the Lucky Rabbit in Hattiesburg, Ms. With 2 restored warehouses and over 15,000 sq ft of shopping, The Lucky Rabbit is known as "the Happiest Place in The Burg" for a reason! Featured on HGTV's "Hometown," owners Abby and Brandon Thaxton have truly created a one of a kind experience, featuring a variety of vendors who specialize in vintage, collectibles, and handmade items, and a range of local artists scattered throughout the store.
